Phil received his Real estate license in 2006, and earned his Broker's License in 2012. He works with both buyers and sellers, with a concentration on investment real estate and creative financing. He also oversees all of our property management and maintenance operations, and manages the rehab and renovation of investment properties. Phil specializes in working with first-time home buyers, utilizing creative financing techniques, and lease-purchase options, in addition to conventional and FHA financing.

Jeff is actually a "charter member" of my team, starting his career with me in 1991! A licensed NJ real estate salesperson, Jeff has over 25 years experience in selling, listing, and leasing residential & commercial properties. As a strong advocate of Urban Redevelopment, Jeff became a resident of Camden in 2002, believing it's always better to initiate change from within. Jeff is active with the local neighborhood development committees and represents our company on the membership Board of the Kaighn Avenue Collaborative Enterprize. Jeff has been accredited with the SFR designation for working with "short sales" and foreclosures.
He is also pursuing the N.A.R.'s commercial C.C.I.M designation in order to better serve our cliental involved in commercial Investment.
Milagros (Millie) Torres
Administrative Property Manager
Millie has been an essential member of our team since 2007. She is responsible for administrative property management, as well as all day in, day out administrative operations. She possesses excellent customer/client service skills, and an exceptionally bright personality. She is also bilingual, so as to accommodate our spanish speaking cliental.
Field Operations Manager
Arnell joined our team in 2014, but had been a trusted independent contractor, doing renovations and repairs for our company for several years, before we asked him to join our staff. Arnell's duties entail: Repairs for our managed properties, overseeing large renovations for our clients investments, working with city inspectors and permits for inspections and much more. With Arnell's skills and expertise in general contracting, Dennis J. Zisa & Assoc. Inc. is able to provide the best service possible to our current and future clientele.
